Refund & Return Policy

At Agape Decors, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality decor items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo evidence (for damaged/defective items)

Our support team will guide you through the process.


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method (PayFast or bank transfer for COD orders).

  • For COD orders, you will be asked to provide bank account details to receive your refund.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the estimated time:

  1. Recheck your bank or mobile wallet account.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges

If you received a damaged item and prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
